上海市民辦中芯幼兒園經(jīng)上海市教委和浦東新區(qū)社發(fā)局批準(zhǔn)，由中芯國(guó)際集成電路制造有限公司承辦，成立于2001年6月；2001年9月3日正式開學(xué)。2008年被評(píng)為上海市一級(jí)幼兒園。

中芯幼兒園特色課程圍繞“生命教育”開展，分為“對(duì)待自我”、“對(duì)待自然”和“對(duì)待社會(huì)”三個(gè)版塊，形成了 “品格建立”“社會(huì)適應(yīng)”“認(rèn)識(shí)自然”“保護(hù)環(huán)境”“多元文化”系列項(xiàng)目活動(dòng)。致力培養(yǎng)幼兒成為健康活潑、好奇探究、文明樂群、知道人與自然和社會(huì)的關(guān)系、愛護(hù)環(huán)境、勇敢自信、有初步責(zé)任感的兒童。使幼兒的生命得以和諧發(fā)展，有追求高質(zhì)量生命的意識(shí)和遠(yuǎn)見。

Enrollment limited to Pudong New Area

申請(qǐng)條件Application conditions：

1）本市戶籍：出生證，戶口本, 房產(chǎn)證（地址需要在浦東新區(qū)）

the city’s household registration: birth certificate, household registration book, real estate certificate (the address needs to be in Pudong New Area)

2）  本市戶籍人戶分離：出生證，戶口本，房產(chǎn)證/租賃合同, 租賃登記備案

the city’s household registration but different from residence: birth certificate, household registration book, real estate certificate/lease contract, lease registration record

3）外省市戶籍：出生證，戶口本，房產(chǎn)證/租賃合同（租賃登記備案），居住證/居住登記憑證，（父母一方請(qǐng)?zhí)峁┚幼∽C及有效期查詢單，網(wǎng)址：http://www.962222.net）,靈活就業(yè)證明，居住證積分單（有幼兒姓名），社保繳金證明（連續(xù)6個(gè)月），幼兒需提供居住證/居住登記憑證及居住證有效期查詢單。

Household registration in other provinces and cities: birth certificate, household registration book, real estate certificate/lease contract (lease registration and filing), residence permit/residence registration certificate, (for parents, please provide residence permit and validity period inquiry form, website: http://www.962222.net), flexible employment certificate, residence permit point sheet (with child’s name), social security payment certificate (for 6 consecutive months), child need to provide residence permit/residence registration certificate and residence permit validity period inquiry form.

4）港澳臺(tái)：出生證，香港或澳門永久居民身份證，臺(tái)灣居民來往大陸通行證，《中華人民共和國(guó)港澳居民居住證》，《中華人民共和國(guó)臺(tái)灣居民居住證》，《本市境外人員住宿登記表》，房產(chǎn)證/ 租賃合同。家長(zhǎng)是中國(guó)戶籍的請(qǐng)?zhí)峁┥虾艨诒净蚓幼∽C（同外省市戶籍）。

Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan: birth certificate, Hong Kong or Macau permanent resident ID card, travel permit to the mainland for Taiwan residents, the residence permit for Hong Kong and Macao residents, the residence permit for Taiwan residents, the registration form for foreigners in Shanghai, real estate certificate/lease contract. For parents with Chinese household registration, please provide Shanghai household registration book or residence permit (same as household registration in other provinces and cities).

 5）外籍：孩子和父母一方的護(hù)照，孩子的出生證, 外國(guó)人居留許可頁(yè)，《本市境外人員住宿登記表》，房產(chǎn)證/租賃合同。家長(zhǎng)是中國(guó)戶籍的請(qǐng)?zhí)峁┥虾艨诒净蚓幼∽C（同外省市戶籍）。

Foreigners: passport of the child and one of the parents, the child’s birth certificate, the page of the foreigner’s residence permit, the accommodation registration form for overseas visitors, and the property certificate/lease contract. For parents with Chinese household registration, please provide Shanghai household registration book or residence permit (same as household registration in other provinces and cities).

     2024年5月9日-5月14日，適齡幼兒（小班年齡段出生日期：2020.9.1——2021.8.31）監(jiān)護(hù)人通過“上海市浦東新區(qū)適齡幼兒入園報(bào)名平臺(tái)”（登錄上?！耙痪W(wǎng)通辦”網(wǎng)站首頁(yè)“2024年適齡幼兒入園”特色專欄，網(wǎng)址：https://zwdt.sh.gov.cn 或登錄“隨申辦”移動(dòng)端首頁(yè)“2024年適齡幼兒入園”）完善信息并進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一的網(wǎng)上報(bào)名，獲取《2024年浦東新區(qū)幼兒入園報(bào)名表》。

     期間，幼兒園通過線上電話咨詢（021-50798061）和線下個(gè)別服務(wù)的方式幫助無法自行完成報(bào)名驗(yàn)證的幼兒監(jiān)護(hù)人進(jìn)行報(bào)名驗(yàn)證?！半S申辦”移動(dòng)端或上?！耙痪W(wǎng)通辦”網(wǎng)站中的電子證照與紙質(zhì)證件同等效力使用。
